About the Association:

 The Translation Association is a student-led organization dedicated to those passionate about translation, both academically and professionally. It seeks to establish translation as both a way of life and a profession, equipping students with the foundational knowledge needed to enter the job market with a clear understanding of the field

Our association :

aims to create a strong community for translation students at the university, uniting them under one umbrella to harness their skills, foster their creativity, and develop their academic and professional abilities in alignment with market demands and industry requirement

Vision, Mission, and Objectives:

• Enhancing the cultural and academic knowledge of students in the field of translation.

 

• Organizing lectures, seminars, and academic and cultural meetings to develop linguistic and translation skills, serving as a scientific support system for English language students.

 

• Arranging educational and recreational field trips at the department level.

 

• Promoting teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability in various circumstances.

 

• Strengthening relationships among students and fostering connections between students and faculty members.

 

• Hosting academic activities and organizing motivational competitions within the department.

 

• Participating in university-wide student exhibitions to introduce students to the English Department, particularly the translation track, and highlight the role of translation and language in bridging cultures and connecting the world.
